Python and the Google Highly Open Participation Contest

November 28th, 2007 Posted in Programming, Python

Via the Google blog and Titus Brown, a cool new initiative coming out of google: Python and the Google Highly Open Participation Contest. Titus is a sneaky sneaky man. This looks like an excellent opportunity for pre-college kids to get involved. I really wish something like this had been on the radar when I was in school. Invariably, my daughter is too young to join up just yet.
