Thanks. I actually scrapped the one I had written and re-wrote it from scratch last week. The first one wasn't efficient enough

Excellent !

I would be glad to see pyprocessing enter the standard lib.

We use it and it is a great module.

Also, a bit more exposure cannot hurt.
